Information on online dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called "OS platform"). The ODR platform is intended to serve as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. The OS platform can be accessed at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure and are not prepared to do so. We therefore do not participate in the "Alternative Dispute Resolution" (ADR) procedure via the online dispute resolution portal (OS).
Duty to inform according to § 36 VSBG
In principle, we are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
